Return & Refund policy:

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable and wearables cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

*Your Chimera jewelry is warranted for a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
All silver plated and sterling silver jewellery, including even the finest and most expensive jewellery, can tarnish overtime. It can occur as a result of oxidation, caused by the interaction of your jewellery with certain elements such as Oxygen or Sulphur as well as with certain acids. Warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, inappropriate use, modification, attempted repair, negligence and failure to follow the advice provided in care instruction.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without raising an issue.

Methods Of Payment And Refund:

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

 

Refund Cycle:

The complete refund process normally takes about 7-10 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund as per bank’s procedure.

We accept exchange for up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, and add the money to your wallet to purchase the item to want in exchange.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product at zebrocretail@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation Policy :

The order with standard shipping can be canceled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours it is placed and dispatched on the same day. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.
