Chimera delivers products across India with free shipping. The product will be delivered to your pin code with 100% home delivery.

1. When will I Get my Ordered Items?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Usually, orders will take 7 to 10 working days to be delivered domestically.

  •  Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates - All additional charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping - We offer international shipping.

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chimera is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

2. How can I know the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zebrocretail@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

3. Do we need to show any ID proof?

Some logistic partners may request for ID proof while delivering the shipment. When the original recipient is not available and the shipment value is high, the delivery agent may request ID proof from any person collecting the shipment at the address mentioned on behalf of the customer. It is to ensure the correct and safe delivery of the product.

4. What if my order is lost in transit?

In the unlikely event that the order is lost during transit, we wait 15 days to track your lost order and if we still fail, we will accept the payment mode chosen by you at the time of order will accept, process your refund.
